A global direct selling company, renowned for producing high-quality home products, contacted us to assist on their search for cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the management of their digital assets.
It had become increasingly clear that their legacy system was no longer capable of effectively managing the massive volume of 90,000 digital assets being utilized by over 1,000 marketing associates on a daily basis. The system was prone to glitches and failures, causing delays and hindering the productivity of the users. It was clear that a new, more advanced technology was needed to support the company’s continued growth and success. As a result, the company enlisted Havicon to assist with a robust technology solution that could handle the overwhelming demand and for Havicon to ensure the smooth migration of their digital assets.

Through a thorough discovery assessment phase and the successful execution of a full request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) process, we were able to effectively evaluate potential options and negotiate a favorable contract.

In addition, we implemented a top-class management information (MI) reporting dashboard to provide our clients with real-time visibility into the performance of their digital assets. These solutions were unified into a global library of assets, allowing for the easy access and distribution of digital content on a global scale.
